All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA Number) issued by ChangeYourFilters.com in order to be processed.

RA numbers are valid for 15 days from date of issuance.

Unless an item is defective, all returns must be shipped pre-paid within 15 days from date of shipment, in new, unused condition and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund.

In the event of our error, CYF will correct the order, including shipping.

Items damaged due to shipping company mishandling are subject to shipping company freight claims policy.
